Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with an online e-commerce platform for selling our products and services.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence, or you have given consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.
You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. Any breach will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone anytime for any reason. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or access to the Service without our express written permission.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS
We are not responsible if the information on this Site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Content is provided for general information and should not be relied upon solely for making decisions.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE & PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
Please note that warehouse pricing may vary from online pricing. For clarification or details, please consult a warehouse employee.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
All product images, dimensions, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly. Colour may differ based on lighting and screen settings. Materials and general specifications will be listed in the product description. Such certifications will be stated clearly if products are certified (e.g., cUPC, Fire Rate, SGCC, Energy Star, FCC, CSA).
SECTION 6 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Some products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. They are subject to our Return Policy. We display products accurately but cannot guarantee accuracy due to individual display settings.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue products without notice. We do not guarantee product quality will meet your expectations or that any service errors will be corrected.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. In rare cases, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or more excellent value or cancel unavailable items with notice to the customer.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY TERMS
We offer local delivery within a 100 km radius of our warehouse. For deliveries beyond this range, we will outsource the delivery, and the customer will be responsible for the full charge as invoiced by the third-party carrier.
Orders are typically ready within 24 hours of placement. We will notify the customer via email or other contact method if delays occur.
Upon delivery:
- The customer must inspect and confirm all quantities and condition of goods before the driver leaves.
- A signature is required to confirm delivery.
- The driver may assist in unloading, but only to accessible areas (e.g., driveway, garage). The driver will not bring items inside the house, backyard, or other restricted spaces.
- The customer is responsible for unloading unless otherwise specified.
- Once the driver has left, the delivery is considered final and cannot be refused.
- A redelivery fee may apply if no authorized individual is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time.
- If the order is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS & WARRANTY
Returns are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Improper installation, such as flooring on an uneven surface that causes damage, voids warranty and return eligibility.
We do not provide installation services unless explicitly stated. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper installation according to manufacturer guidelines. Our warranty or return policy does not cover any damage or product failure due to improper handling, use, or installation.
SECTION 9 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account and billing information so we can complete transactions and contact you when needed.
SECTION 10 – ACCOUNT BENEFITS & DISCOUNTS
We offer:
- Builder+ Subscription: For $5/month, customers receive access to special pricing.
- New Customer Offer: Customers who create an account and subscribe to marketing communications (email and SMS) receive 20% off their first order. Ongoing logged-in users will receive 10% off all items sitewide. This is separate from the Builder+ program.
SECTION 11 – PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery unless stated otherwise in writing.
SECTION 12 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may offer third-party tools "as is" without warranties or endorsement. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third-party provider's terms.
SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked to our Site. Please review their policies before engaging.
SECTION 14 – USER COMMENTS & FEEDBACK
Any comments we submit may be used without restriction. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on the Site and to cancel orders if needed.

SECTION 18 – WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from using the Service.
SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Day Building Supply Inc. from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or violating laws.
SECTION 20 – FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
SECTION 21 – MISUSE AND RESALE RESTRICTIONS
Products purchased from our store may not be resold or marketed under the Good Day Building Supply Inc. name without express written consent.
SECTION 22 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
SECTION 23 – TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate access if you fail to comply with the Terms.

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and us, superseding prior communications.

The laws of Ontario and Canada govern these Terms.
