This 2 mm foam underlayment smooths tiny subfloor waves, softens steps, and—thanks to its foil face—acts as a moisture barrier when seams are sealed. The 42-inch roll unrolls fast and trims clean; use tape to anchor and seal perimeters and seams for a locked-in, professional finish. Coverage is about 300 sq ft (≈ 3.5 ft × ~86 ft). For pad-attached laminates, follow the manufacturer's instructions and do not add extra underlayment.
