Out from the wall. Turned to the fixture.
When the water line comes out of the wall instead of up through the floor, the angle stop is what turns the corner. This valve takes a 1/2″ PEX stub-out and redirects it 90° up to the fixture, so the flexible riser to a faucet or toilet runs clean up the wall with no kinked loop. The PEX inlet crimps on with a copper ring or stainless clamp; the 3/8″ compression outlet tightens onto a standard supply riser with a nut and ferrule. Inside is a quarter-turn ball rather than an old multi-turn washer stem, so it seats positively every time and won't seize half-open after years untouched behind a toilet. The body is lead-free brass under polished chrome, clean enough to leave exposed under a wall-hung sink. It's the small angle that keeps a wall-stubbed supply tidy and shut-off-ready.
Features
- Angle (90°) body — turns a wall stub-out up to the fixture, the standard configuration for supplies exiting the wall
- 1/2″ PEX inlet (ASTM F1807) — crimps with copper rings or stainless clamps for a leak-free connection
- 3/8″ OD compression outlet — the standard size for faucet and toilet supply risers; seals with a nut and ferrule, no solder
- Quarter-turn ball mechanism — positive 90° on/off that won't seize half-open like a multi-turn washer stem
- Chrome-plated lead-free brass — corrosion-resistant and clean enough to leave exposed under wall-hung sinks and behind toilets
