This ABS 4×3 offset closet flange provides up to ~1-1/2″ lateral offset and an adjustable 360° bolt ring for perfect alignment, then solvent-welds for a rigid, code-ready seal in DWV systems. ABS DWV flanges are built to ASTM D2661 and CSA B181.1 and carry cUPC markings.

- 360° rotating bolt ring: The rotatable ring allows you to align closet bolts after solvent welding precisely.
