ABS closet flange with a moulded-in knockout test plug — the rough-in flange that seals the drain line for pressure testing the moment it's set, no test cap or balloon needed. The integrated plug holds an airtight seal through inspection and blocks sewer gas during construction; once the system passes, a hammer strike along the scored perimeter knocks the center out cleanly, leaving a standard opening for the toilet. The hub fits over 3" pipe or inside 4" pipe for either rough-in, and the slotted bolt holes let you align the closet bolts after gluing. It's a LESSO America ABS DWV fitting conforming to ASTM D2661 and CSA B181.1 with NSF/ANSI 14 and cUPC listings. The wax or rubber seal and closet bolts are sold separately. DWV service only; test hydrostatically, never with compressed air or gas.
