When the splice is the big one — three #10s landing together, a fistful of #12s at a junction, the heavy makeup a lighting cap can't close — the grey P15 is the connector built to take it. These Nodexa P15 winged connectors handle the full 18 to 8 AWG range and seat the largest common combinations, up to three #10 or four #12 conductors in a single cap. They come three ways: a 10-pack for the service call, a 25-pack for the room, and the 250-count bag for the panel that runs through them. Swept wings give the leverage to twist a heavy combination home by hand, and the fixed square-wire spring threads itself onto the conductors as it turns, drawing them into a tight, gas-tight grip without pre-twisting. A deep thermoplastic skirt guards against flash-over and turned-back strands, and the shell is flame-retardant and rated to 105°C.
