Fold a sheet of waterproofing membrane around an inside corner and one of two things happens: it bunches, or it leaves a pinhole at the crease — and that pinhole is exactly where a tiled shower starts to leak. Schluter KERDI-KERECK removes the guesswork with preformed, seamless corners molded from KERDI, shaped to waterproof inside and outside corners of KERDI, KERDI-BOARD, and DITRA assemblies without any cutting or folding at all. Bond them into unmodified thin-set over the membrane, lap the edges per the handbook, and the corner seals the same reliable way every time, no matter who is holding the trowel. Inside 90-degree corners handle standard wall junctions, outside 90-degree corners wrap curbs and benches, and the inside 135-degree corner fits the obtuse angles a bench or splayed curb creates.
