Spigot Fit, Bolts Dialed In
ABS closet flange with a spigot outlet for setting a toilet over an ABS DWV stack — the spigot end carries the same outside diameter as pipe and inserts into a 3" fitting hub, so it solvent-welds in compact and seats the flange flush to the finished floor. The adjustable bolt ring rotates after the flange is cemented, letting you line the closet bolts up square to the wall before you set the bowl. It's a LESSO America ABS DWV fitting conforming to ASTM D2661 and CSA B181.1 with NSF/ANSI 14 and cUPC listings — the marks an inspector checks on a residential or light-commercial rough-in across the GTA. The wax or rubber seal and closet bolts are sold separately. DWV service only; test hydrostatically, never with compressed air or gas.
